109). Prayer that Each and All Members of the Prejudiced Commission Setup by Gen Museveni, to Inquire on Apaa Land, must be Prepared to Bear the Consequences of their Decision, and Ready to Carry the Divine Burden on their Own Heads, if They Lie.

The Terms of Reference for the Commission are:

(a). to investigate and establish the cause of Land Conflict in the area of Apaa between the Acholi in Amuru District, the Madi Community in Adjumani, and the Uganda Wildlife Authority;

(b).  to investigate and establish whether the disputed area of Apaa falls within Amuru District or Adjumani District;

(c). to investigate and establish whether the disputed area of Apaa falls within the East Madi Wildlife Reserve that is under the control and management of the Uganda Wildlife Authority;

(d). to investigate and establish whether the communities/ people of Apaa were illegally evicted from their customary land;

(e). to investigate and inquire how many people have been displaced as a result of the dispute in Apaa.

(f). to identify the actors that have been inciting violence and hatred among the people by misinforming the respective wananchi groups; and

(g). to inquire into any other matter connected with or incidental to the matters aforesaid and make recommendations.

Ezekiel 14:3-8

“Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their hearts and put before them that which causes them to stumble into iniquity. Should I let Myself be inquired of at all by them?

4. “Therefore speak to them, and say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Every one of the house of Israel who sets up his idols in his heart, and puts before him what causes him to stumble into iniquity, and then comes to the prophet, I the Lordwill answer him who comes, according to the multitude of his idols, 5 that I may seize the house of Israel by their heart, because they are all estranged from Me by their idols.”

“6. Therefore, say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Repent, turn away from your idols, and turn your faces away from all your abominations. 7. For anyone of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who dwell in Israel, who separates himself from Me and sets up his idols in his heart and puts before him what causes him to stumble into iniquity, then comes to a prophet to inquire of him concerning Me, I the Lord will answer him by Myself.

8. I will set My face against that man and make him a sign and a proverb, and I will cut him off from the midst of My people. Then you shall know that I am the Lord.

General Museveni Made a Prejudicial Statement in Gulu City of Northern Uganda, in early September 2023, that Apaa Land Belongs to Madi Tribe, not to the Acholi People.

 The President Museveni is accused of overriding the responsibilities of the recently appointed judicial commission of inquiries established to unearth the conflict, establish the boundary of the area, and design lasting solutions to the problem. General Museveni made a public statement in Gulu City in Northern Uganda, early September, declaring that the disputed Apaa land is in Madi area.

“We condemn it in the strongest terms because recently we were excited and happy that the president of the Republic of Uganda has appointed the commission of inquiry and we thought these were people who were going to come out with facts that would help to sort out the problem of Apaa. But in this situation where the president goes ahead to announce even in Gulu city that Apaa belongs to Madi.’’

“It is very frustrating and disappointing, and we want an apology from the president of the Republic of Uganda now. So that the independent judiciary commission inquiry should appear to be independent. Anthony Akol, Acholi Parliamentary Group (APG) Chairperson.

Ownership of the Apaa land is being contested between the Madi community of the Adjumani district and Acholi of the Amuru district. The unrest has reportedly caused the death of 29 people since it ensued in 2012. The latest violence caused the killing of four people and several injuries in what is believed to have been perpetrated by the Madi community.

You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. 45. But because I tell the truth, you do not believe Me. 46. Which of you convicts Me of sin? 4). Fact Finding Visit (FFV) On APAA, A Report by Moses Onen, PELUM Uganda; Jan 2019. This comprehensive Field Report confirms that Apaa is in Amuru District of Acholi Sub-region.

• Heavenly Father, we pray that, as the Almighty God, and Just Judge, you take over the Battle for Acholiland, for you are the creator and given all things to your children according to your own Will. You therefore know the truth of every piece and border of Acholiland, including Apaa. You know very well, that Apaa belongs to the Acholi People and we ask you never to allow any Land-grabbers take it away from the Acholi People, in Jesus’ name. Amen
  
  
• We pray that those Prejudiced Members of the Commission, who have placed their idols in their hearts, ready to tell a lie, report falsely, deceive people and cause distress, make false claims, because they want to please their masters, deceive and take away what they know it rightly belongs to Acholi People; because they cannot bite the hands that feed them; Lord, let those liars, bear the Divine Punishments, that no man can remove, no money can buy and no hospital can cure, for, they will have heaped fire over their own heads, we pray. Amen.
  
  
• Heavenly Father, for those who are born liars, perennial liars, have lied the whole of their lives, and their lies have stirred people, especially in this case, incited violence and caused battles between the Madi and the Acholi People, many people have since years back shed innocent blood and died without the truth, Lord, no money is big enough to compensate their loss to their families, no houses built for them will replace the homesteads destroyed violently. No amount of apology will appease their dependants, who are left orphans; Lord, repay them yourself; You are the one, vengeance belongs to you alone. Apaa Land must be returned to the rightful acholi owners with Acholi Community swiftly compensated, we pray. Amen.
  
  
• Lord God, the Devil is a liar, may this lie about Acholiland of Apaa, be thwarted once and for all, and set a permanent example for all Acholiland everywhere, that no one, Authority, Corporation or Institution, will again lure, trick, force, or manipulate the People of Acholi of their Land, Acholiland, especially when they come with the trick of Acquiring Land, and yet they want to Drill Oil, Mine Minerals, Quarry Uranium or Limestone, or those Mineral wealth in Acholiland many of which they discovered during the time when Acholi People were forced by them in Concentration Camps for twenty Years. Lord, protect Acholi Wealth, in Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
  
  
• Heavenly Father, whoever knows the truth, and yet stubbornly refuses to proclaim the truth, because they are liars, because they want to see people fight, die, suffer, live in poverty, and demeaned livelihood, and yet you are the one who gave them the land, Lord, Acholi People have suffered for the last fifty years because of the same killers, the same oppressors, the same dictators, the same system, the same obstacles to Acholi Progress; Lords, remove the obstacles by yourself, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
  
  
• Heavenly Father, from these reports and other pieces of evidence, we have exposed the real inciter of violence; we pray that you will deal swiftly with anyone who will put Acholi people in Amuru District and anywhere else in Acholiland to planned violence again, with intent. Let such ones, receive the punishment of lifetime. Amen.
  
  
• Heavenly Father, forgive them, who repent genuinely from the bottom of their hearts, and pledge not to sin against you and your People the Acholi People again, compensate them honestly without making empty promises like those War Claims, which have never been paid. |Those who shed tears for their wrongdoing and promise to you never again, Lord, forgive them and the curses of your servants will not come upon them and their children three to four generations after them. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
  
  
• Heavenly Father, forgive Acholi people from any wrongdoing from Generations past and up to our Generation. Wash Acholi People with the Precious Blood of Jesus, and Bless Acholi People, prosper our children and children’s children three to four Generations after us, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
  
  
• Heavenly Father, Acholiland is not for sale, we oppose and resist any foul plays by anyone, suppression by the state, persecution by any dictators, or systems, and by the power of your Ministering Angels, we decree and declare Divine Protection upon Acholi People and Acholiland. We proclaim deliverance from slavery of those riding our horses while we now walk on foot, and yet we honoured them when they were looking after our livestock and our children. Lord, you are the just Judge, judge our case. Amen.
  
  
• Heavenly Father, we resist the devil in Acholiland until he flees from us; we bind the wicked spirits, Satan has used, and continues to uses against the Acholi people and Acholiland and paralyse their powers, cast them out from Acholiland, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
  
  
• We condemn and contend with Everyone and all Principalities, the prevalent Powers of Darkness the devil places over territories; the human Agents of Satan, and cast them out of Acholi Communities and Homes, and send them to the Lakes of Fire. Amen
  
  
• Father God, help us to wipe out all rhe evil spirits and demons, including territorial demons, the devil uses to cause confusion, sicknesses, poverty, disunity, quarrels, and contentions in homes, families, and disobedience in children, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
  
  
• Heavenly Father, Bless Acholi People, Prosper Acholi People, and prosper those who stand together with the Acholi people, sympathise with Acholi People and support Acholi People. They will never lack,; As you bless Acholi People, let your face shine upon their lives and families, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
