WORLD-WIDE PRAYER FOR THE PERSECUTED CHRISTIANS

40 DAYS OF PRAYER, FASTING AND SPIRITUAL WARFARE, TO PROTECT ACHOLILAND AND SAVE THE PERSECUTED ACHOLI PEOPLE OF NORTHERN UGANDA.

DAY 20 OF 40 DAYS. Acholi People, Submit Yourselves to God, and Resist the Devil, And He Will Flee from You.
74). Prayer For Acholi People’s Total Submission to God, to Be Able to Resist the Devil; He’ll then he flees.

Joel 2:32
And everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved; for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be deliverance, as the LORD has said, even among the survivors whom the LORD calls.

Esther 4:14
For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”

James 4:7-8
Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
Heavenly Father, we pray to you our Lord and saviour, first that with the gruesomeness, fierceness, and stressfulness, of the problems that they have endured for many years; You will empower, embolden, and bless Acholi people to become a prayerful people. We also ask you in obedience and humility of heart and spirit, when Acholi people pray, LORD God, answer them according to your will, and resolve their case, in Jesus’ name. Amen. Lord, we pray that Acholi people worldwide will from generation to generation call upon you in times of distress, despondency and attacks and you divinely intervene; we also ask your presence to be with Acholi people always, for them to worship you, praise you and revere you always, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

1 Peter 5:8-9
Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 9. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.

2 Chronicles 12:7
When the LORD saw that they humbled themselves, this word of the LORD came to Shemaiah: “Since they have humbled themselves, I will not destroy them but will soon give them deliverance. My wrath will not be poured out on Jerusalem through Shishak.

2 Chronicles 20:17
You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the LORD will give you, Judah, and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow, and the LORD will be with you.’”
Heavenly Father, hear our pray, that Acholi people worldwide, especially in homeland, Uganda, submit themselves to God, and resist the enemy they are struggling against, knowing very well that what they are resisting physically is Satan’s presence in spirit. So, the presence of the spirit of the devil controls some human activities on earth, making the case clear, that dealing with some people, is not easy, because they are evil. But when we humble ourselves before God and ask Him for help, the Lord God is able, and merciful, He will hear our cry and intervene on our behalf, with power and authority, and divinely deliver us from our strongest enemy, and can punish the enemy to death.

Isaiah 27:1
In that day, the LORD will punish with his sword-his fierce, great and powerful sword-Leviathan the gliding serpent, Leviathan the coiling serpent; he will slay the monster of the sea.
Micah 2:12
“I will surely gather all of you, Jacob; I will surely bring together the remnant of Israel. I will bring them together like sheep in a pen, like a flock in its pasture; the place will throng with people.
Help Acholi people Lord, deliver them from those who have killed them, and resolved to take over their land and make them despondent, hopeless, and homeless. You will not allow your servants to suffer in your presence Lord, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Exodus 14:13
Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again.

Isaiah 20:6
In that day the people who live on this coast will say, ‘See what has happened to those we relied on, those we fled to for help and deliverance from the king of Assyria! How then can we escape?’”
Heavenly Father, we ask you to empower the Acholi people with strong Faith in You, and in Jesus Christ, for them to know that what they cannot do, you are more than able, to do for them, far above measure. Give them the ability, we ask, to rely more on you, just to believe that you are their deliverer, and Rock behind them and their destiny. Sometimes, you bless people in disguise; as you bring their enemies nearer to them; they would run and leave their effects, their valuable properties behind, for you to bless Acholi people with, and become a double portion blessing to your oppressed children. LORD God, let those who have tormented Acholi people for generations, many years of servitude, and the Acholi people experienced stress, despondency, hopelessness, loss, and confusion for years, let their tormentors, find the consequences of their actions, and plights in your vengeance.

Matthew 14:8-10
Prompted by her mother, she said, “Give me here on a platter the head of John the Baptist.” The king was distressed, but because of his oaths and his dinner guests, he ordered that her request be granted 10 and had John beheaded in the prison.

Mark 6:25-28
At once the girl hurried into the king with the request: “I want you to give me right now the head of John the Baptist on a platter.” 26. The king was greatly distressed, but because of his oaths and his dinner guests, he did not want to refuse her. 27. So he immediately sent an executioner with orders to bring John’s head. The man went, beheaded John in the prison, 28 and brought back his head on a platter. He presented it to the girl, and she gave it to her mother.
Heavenly Father, we pray that the Acholi people, the rest of the people of Uganda desist from conspiracy, being or becoming conspirators with the persecutors, as they kill, the blood of those they have killed will be upon them and in their hands, whether they are relatives, accomplices or those who are working for the occupation NRA/M Forces. When the Lord punishes the oppressors, the conspirators will share in their punishments. Lord, we ask that those Acholi sons and daughters who might have conspired against one another will repent to be forgiven, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Genesis 37:18-30
But they saw him in the distance, and before he reached them, they plotted to kill him. 19. “Here comes that dreamer!” they said to each other. 20. “Come now, let’s kill him and throw him into one of these cisterns and say that a ferocious animal devoured him. Then we’ll see what comes of his dreams.” 21. When Reuben heard this, he tried to rescue him from their hands. “Let’s not take his life,” he said. 22. “Don’t shed any blood. Throw him into this cistern here in the wilderness, but don’t lay a hand on him.” Reuben said this to rescue him from them and take him back to his father. 23. So when Joseph came to his brothers, they stripped him of his robe—the ornate robe he was wearing-24, and they took him and threw him into the cistern. The cistern was empty; there was no water in it. 25. As they sat down to eat their meal, they looked up and saw a caravan of Ishmaelites coming from Gilead. Their camels were loaded with spices, balm, and myrrh, and they were on their way to take them down to Egypt. 26. Judah said to his brothers, “What will we gain if we kill our brother and cover up his blood? 27. Come, let’s sell him to the Ishmaelites and not lay our hands on him; after all, he is our brother, our own flesh and blood.” His brothers agreed. 28. So when the Midianite merchants came by his brothers pulled Joseph up out of the cistern and sold him for twenty shekels of silver to the Ishmaelites, who took him to Egypt.

Heavenly Father, we ask you in humility, that Acholi brothers and sisters, knowingly, or unknowingly who have conspired, continued to conspire, or still feel like conspiring against fellow Acholi, by joining the persecutors, in planning or have a hand, in selling Acholiland, or a piece of land, to enable the Balaalo fence Acholiland, is equally guilty. We pray for the conspirators to repent, and publicly renounce their diabolical actions, so that they may be forgiven. After these events, there may be more grace left for them, to be forgiven; we pray in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Amen.

Daniel 6:4-17
At this, the administrators and the satraps tried to find grounds for charges against Daniel in his conduct of government affairs, but they were unable to do so. They could find no corruption in him because he was trustworthy and neither corrupt nor negligent. 5. Finally these men said, “We will never find any basis for charges against this man Daniel unless it has something to do with the law of his God.” So, these administrators and satraps went as a group to the king and said: “May King Darius live forever! 7. The royal administrators, prefects, satraps, advisers, and governors have all agreed that the king should issue an edict and enforce the decree that anyone who prays to any god or human being during the next thirty days, except to you, Your Majesty, shall be thrown into the lions’ den. 8. Now, Your Majesty, issue the decree and put it in writing so that it cannot be altered—in accordance with the law of the Medes and Persians, which cannot be repealed.” 9. So King Darius put the decree in writing. 10. Now when Daniel learned that the decree had been published, he went home to his upstairs room where the windows opened toward Jerusalem. Three times a day he got down on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before. 11. Then these men went as a group and found Daniel praying and asking God for help. 12. So they went to the king and spoke to him about his royal decree: “Did you not publish a decree that during the next thirty days anyone who prays to any god or human being except to you, Your Majesty, would be thrown into the lions’ den?” The king answered, “The decree stands—in accordance with the law of the Medes and Persians, which cannot be repealed.” 13. Then they said to the king, “Daniel, who is one of the exiles from Judah, pays no attention to you, Your Majesty, or to the decree you put in writing. He still prays three times a day.” 14. When the king heard this, he was greatly distressed; he was determined to rescue Daniel and made every effort until sundown to save him. 15. Then the men went as a group to King Darius and said to him, “Remember, Your Majesty, that according to the law of the Medes and Persians no decree or edict that the king issues can be changed.” 16. So the king gave the order, and they brought Daniel and threw him into the lions’ den. The king said to Daniel, “May your God, whom you serve continually, rescue you!” 17. A stone was brought and placed over the mouth of the den, and the king sealed it with his own signet ring and with the rings of his nobles, so that Daniel’s situation might not be changed.

Heavenly Father, as we continue to stand in the gap for Acholi people, we also pray for your servants, the Acholi Religious, and Faithful servants, that they are protected from the conspiracy against them because of telling the truth; some evil people, the accusers of the brethren will always bring accusations against them, even as they want to protect the people of Acholi. We pray that every accusation against them will come to nought. Acholi ministers, of the word of God will survive, and pass through the fire, they will not burn; through the water, they will not drown, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Daniel 3:8-18
At this time some astrologers came forward and denounced the Jews. 9. They said to King Nebuchadnezzar, “May the king live forever! 10. Your Majesty has issued a decree that everyone who hears, the sound of the horn, flute, zither, lyre, harp, pipe and all kinds of music must fall down and worship the image of gold, 11 and that whoever does not fall down, and worship will be thrown into a blazing furnace. 12. But there are some Jews whom you have set over the affairs of the province of Babylon—Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego—who pay no attention to you, Your Majesty. They neither serve your gods, nor worship the image of gold you have set up.” 13. Furious with rage, Nebuchadnezzar summoned Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. So, these men were brought before the king, 14 and Nebuchadnezzar said to them, “Is it true, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, that you do not serve my gods or worship the image of gold I have set up? 15. Now when you hear, the sound of the horn, flute, zither, lyre, harp, pipe, and all kinds of music, if you are ready to fall down and worship the image I made, very good. But if you do not worship it, you will be thrown immediately into a blazing furnace. Then what god will be able to rescue you from my hand?” 16. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego replied to him, “King Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you in this matter. 17. If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and he will deliver us from Your Majesty’s hand. 18. But even if he does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.”

Heavenly Father, we pray, that your anointing will come greatly upon us and more so, upon your Servants, the ministers of God you’ve chosen and placed them in Acholiland, that they will minister in all situations, with power and authority up, from your throne, and they will prosper in the things they do, and the words they speak, for people to see, that you are with them and you are with them to prove to the world, especially the Acholi persecutors, that you are to deliver Acholi people and save Acholiland. May anyone, any people, any system whatsoever, whosoever conspires, driving the negative agenda against Acholi People and Acholiland, not succeed, but be brought to shame. We plead the Blood, the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ upon Acholi people and Acholiland, for protection from the evil one, decree and declare that no arrow from the pit of hell will prosper against any Acholi man, woman, or child. No weapon formed against Acholi people will prosper, any tongue that rises against Acholi people is already condemned, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
