WORLD-WIDE PRAYER FOR THE PERSECUTED CHRISTIANS
40 DAYS OF PRAYER, FASTING AND SPIRITUAL WARFARE, TO PROTECT ACHOLILAND AND SAVE THE PERSECUTED ACHOLI PEOPLE OF NORTHERN UGANDA.
DAY 31 OF 40 DAYS. The LORD God Reveals His Plans to His Prophets, for Acholi
Nation, through His Holy Spirit.
Jeremiah 29:11-14
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of
evil, to give you a future and a hope. 12. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me,
and I will listen to you. 13. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all
your heart. 14. I will be found by you, says the LORD, and I will bring you back from your
captivity; I will gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you,
says the LORD, and I will bring you to the place from which I cause you to be carried away
captive.
106). Prayer that the LORD God May Reveal to Acholi People, His Plan for Acholi Nation,
through His Holy Spirit.
Revelation 1:1-5
The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John, 2 who bore witness to the word of God, and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw. 3. Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.
Heavenly Father, we come before your Throne of Grace and Mercy, in the spirit of Humility, Repentance and Prayer. We repent of any sin, all sins committed by any Acholi man or woman, beginning with Acholi Ancestors, Acholi Grandfathers and Grandmothers, our Acholi Fathers, and Mothers, and with all Acholi currently living in Acholiland and world-wide.
Merciful God, you alone know the magnitude of our wrongdoings, you alone know the extent of our idolatry, you alone know the extent of any bloodshed, you alone know the extent of Acholi witchcraft,
you alone know the extent of our prostitution from your kingdom to the kingdom of darkness. But LORD God, we also know that you alone are our God, that is why we come to you boldly, with humility of heart, contrite spirit, and transformed minds, seeking your kind forgiveness, for you alone are a forgiving God; we therefore ask you according to your fatherly, loving word, to have mercy upon us now and forgive in Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Isaiah 139:23-24
Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties; 24. And see if there is any wicked way in me; And lead me in the way everlasting.
Psalm 139:1-18
O’ LORD; You have searched me and known me. 2. You know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand my thought afar off. 3. You comprehend my path and my lying down; And are acquainted with all my ways. 4. For there is not a word on my tongue; But behold, O LORD; You know it altogether. 5. You have hedged me behind and before; And laid Your hand upon me. 6. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; It is high, I cannot attain it.
7. Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? 8. If I ascend into heaven; You are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold; You are there. 9. If I take the wings of the morning; And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, 10. Even there Your hand shall lead me, And, Your right hand shall hold me. 11. If I say, “Surely the darkness shall fall on me,” Even the night shall be light about me;
12. Indeed, the darkness shall not hide from You; But the night shines as the day; The darkness and the light are both alike to You. 13. For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. 14. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works; And that my soul knows very well. 15. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret; And skilfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. 16. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book, they all were written; The days fashioned for me; When as yet there were none of them.
17. How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them!
18. If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand; When I awake, I am
still with You.
Isaiah 1:18-20
“Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the LORD, “Though your sins are like scarlet; They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson; They shall be as wool. 19. If you are willing and obedient; You shall eat the good of the land; 20. But if you refuse and rebel; You shall be devoured by the sword”; For the mouth of the LORD has spoken. Heavenly Father, we come before you for you alone know the extent of Acholi People suffering, the pains that Acholi People have since borne for over fifty Years now; those who hate you, they also have, but worse hatred for Acholi Peace and tranquillity. They are the Antichrists; those who obtained authority through falsehood, and under the sun, they have committed all forms of evil crimes, none has ever committed against Acholi people in generations since record began.
From acquiring power wickedly and continue rule through evil, utter wickedness; committing genocide against Acholi People; selling Acholi Children abroad; Burning Acholi Elderly in Blazing Fire; Sodomising Acholi men; Continue impoverishing Acholi People for Fifty Years running; Controlling Acholi People’s Affairs through evil spirits; Eliminating Acholi Potential Leaders; the Battle against Acholi People that started Fifty Years ago still continues.
They have taken, abused, and continue to take our daughters, and abuse them; by tricks they
are taking Acholiland slowly by slowly, want to occupy Acholiland and make Acholi People
slaves. Above all, they want to take complete ownership and control of Acholi oil and minerals,
which LORD God, you gave to Acholi People as an inheritance. Where will the Acholi People
go LORD God? What shall Acholi People do Lord?
Heavenly Father, we have Faith in You; You are the only Hope for Acholi People, through
Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. You are the God, who created us all, and have a destiny
for Acholi people and all peoples of the world, separately, even individually. Father, Acholi
People don’t want their destiny, which you ordained for them before foundation of the world,
to be taken away from them by unruly people. Lord, give Acholi people the power and authority,
the energy, strength and, Angelic backing to fight for their Land, Oil and the Mineral Resources,
if need be, to the last drop of Acholi Blood, without surrendering. Lord, reveal your plan to us.
Romans 16:25-27
Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus
Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery kept secret since the world began 26 but now
made manifest, and by the prophetic Scriptures made known to all nations, according to the
commandment of the everlasting God, for obedience to the faith-27 to God, alone
wise, be glory through Jesus Christ forever. Amen.
1 Peter 1:10-15
Of this salvation the prophets have inquired and searched carefully, who prophesied of the
grace that would come to you, 11 searching what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ
who was in them was indicating when He testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the
glories that would follow. 12. To them it was revealed that, not to themselves, but to us they
were ministering the things which now have been reported to you through those who have
preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven—things which angels desire
to look into. Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon
the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as obedient children,
not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; 15 but as He who called
you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct.
Galatians 1:10-14
For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I
would not be a bondservant of Christ. 11. But I make known to you, brethren, that the gospel
which was preached by me is not according to man. 12. For I neither received it from man,
nor was I taught it, but it came through the revelation of Jesus Christ. 13. For you have heard
of my former conduct in Judaism, how I persecuted the church of God beyond measure
and tried to destroy it. 14. And I advanced in Judaism beyond many of my contemporaries in
my own nation, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers.
107). Whoever God choses to lead Acholi People, May God’s Spirit be upon them, from
the beginning to the end and Permanent Deliverance, of Acholi People and Acholiland.
Heavenly Father, we pray that you reveal your plan for the Acholi Nation, to any Acholi man
or Acholi woman, so that Acholi People may regain their Dignity, Praise, and Hope in you.
Give them your divine protection, your shield and the cover they need by day and at night, to
persevere through any situation until they are set Free, in Jesus’ wonderful name. Amen.
Judges 6:11-40
Now the Angel of the LORD came and sat under the terebinth tree which was in Ophrah,
which belonged to Joash the Abiezrite, while his son Gideon threshed wheat in the winepress,
in order to hide it from the Midianites. 12. And the Angel of the LORD appeared to him, and
said to him, “The LORD is with you, you mighty man of valour!”
13. Gideon said to Him, “O my lord, if the LORD is with us, why then has all this happened to
us? And where are all His miracles which our fathers told us about, saying, ‘Did not
the LORD bring us up from Egypt?’ But now the LORD has forsaken us and delivered us into
the hands of the Midianites.”
14. Then the LORD turned to him and said, “Go in this might of
yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of the Midianites. Have I not sent you?” 15. So
he said to Him, “O my Lord, how can I save Israel? Indeed, my clan is the weakest in
Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house.” 16. And the LORD said to him, “Surely I
will be with you, and you shall [c]defeat the Midianites as one man.” 17. Then he said to Him,
“If now I have found Favor in Your sight, then show me a sign that it is You who talk with me.
18. Do not depart from here, I pray, until I come to You and bring out my offering and
set it before You.” And He said, “I will wait until you come back.” 19. So Gideon went in and
prepared a young goat, and unleavened bread from an ephah of flour. The meat he put in a
basket, and he put the broth in a pot; and he brought them out to Him under the terebinth tree
and presented them.
20. The Angel of God said to him, “Take the meat and the unleavened
bread and lay them on this rock and pour out the broth.” And he did so. 21. Then the Angel of
the LORD put out the end of the staff that was in His hand and touched the meat and the
unleavened bread; and fire rose out of the rock and consumed the meat and the unleavened
bread. And the Angel of the LORD departed out of his sight.
22. Now Gideon perceived that He was the Angel of the LORD. So, Gideon said, “Alas, O
Lord GOD! For I have seen the Angel of the LORD face to face.” 23. Then the LORD said to
him, “Peace be with you; do not fear, you shall not die.” 24. So Gideon built an altar there to
the LORD, and called it The-LORD-Is-Peace. To this day it is still in Ophrah of the Abiezrites.
25. Now it came to pass the same night that the LORD said to him, “Take your father’s young
bull, the second bull of seven years old, and tear down the altar of Baal that your father has,
and cut down the wooden image that is beside it; 26 and build an altar to the LORD your God
on top of this rock in the proper arrangement, and take the second bull and offer a burnt
sacrifice with the wood of the image which you shall cut down.”
27. So, Gideon took ten men
from among his servants and did as the LORD had said to him. But because he feared his
father’s household and the men of the city too much to do it by day, he did it by night. 28. And
when the men of the city arose early in the morning, there was the altar of Baal, torn down;
and the wooden image that was beside it was cut down, and the second bull was being offered
on the altar which had been built.
29. So they said to one another, “Who has done this thing?”
And when they had inquired and asked, they said, “Gideon the son of Joash has done this
thing.” 30. Then the men of the city said to Joash, “Bring out your son, that he may die,
because he has torn down the altar of Baal, and because he has cut down the wooden image
that was beside it.” 31. But Joash said to all who stood against him, “Would you plead for
Baal? Would you save him? Let the one who would plead for him be put to death by morning!
If he is a god, let him plead for himself, because his altar has been torn down!
32. Therefore, on that day he called him Jerubbaal, saying, “Let Baal plead against him,
because he has torn down his altar.” 33. Then all the Midianites and Amalekites, the people
of the East, gathered together; and they crossed over and encamped in the Valley of Jezreel.
34. But the Spirit of the LORD came upon Gideon; then he blew the trumpet, and the Abiezrites
gathered behind him. 35. And he sent messengers throughout all Manasseh, who also
gathered behind him. He also sent messengers to Asher, Zebulun, and Naphtali; and they
came up to meet them.
36. So Gideon said to God, “If You will save Israel by my hand as You
have said-37 look, I shall put a fleece of wool on the threshing floor; if there is dew on the
fleece only, and it is dry on all the ground, then I shall know that You will save Israel by my
hand, as You have said.”
38. And it was so. When he rose early the next morning and
squeezed the fleece together, he wrung the dew out of the fleece, a bowlful of water. 39. Then
Gideon said to God, “Do not be angry with me, but let me speak just once more: Let me test,
I pray, just once more with the fleece; let it now be dry only on the fleece, but on all the ground
let there be dew.” 40. And God did so that night. It was dry on the fleece only, but there was
dew on all the ground.
1 Chronicles 12:20-40
When he went to Ziklag, those of Manasseh who defected to him were Adnah, Jozabad,
Jediael, Michael, Jozabad, Elihu, and Zillethai, captains of the thousands who were from
Manasseh. 21. And they helped David against the bands of raiders, for they were all mighty
men of valour, and they were captains in the army. 22. For at that time they came to David
day by day to help him, until it was a great army, like the army of God.
23. Now these were the numbers of the divisions that were equipped for war, and came to
David at Hebron to turn over the kingdom of Saul to him, according to the word of the LORD:
24 of the sons of Judah bearing shield and spear, six thousand eight hundred armed for war;
25 of the sons of Simeon, mighty men of valour fit for war, seven thousand one hundred; 26
of the sons of Levi four thousand six hundred;
27. Jehoiada, the leader of the Aaronites, and with him three thousand seven hundred; 28. Zadok, a young man, a valiant warrior, and from his father’s house twenty-two captains; 29. of the sons of Benjamin, relatives of Saul, three thousand (until then the greatest part of them had remained loyal to the house of Saul); 30 of the sons of Ephraim twenty thousand eight hundred, mighty men of valour, famous men throughout their father’s house; 31 of the half-tribe of Manasseh eighteen thousand, who were designated by name to come and make David king;
32 of the sons of Issachar who had
understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, their chiefs were two hundred;
and all their brethren were at their command; 33 of Zebulun there were fifty thousand who
went out to battle, expert in war with all weapons of war, stout-hearted men who could keep
ranks;
34 of Naphtali one thousand captains, and with them thirty-seven thousand with shield
and spear; 35 of the Danites who could keep battle formation, twenty-eight thousand six
hundred; 36 of Asher, those who could go out to war, able to keep battle formation, forty
thousand; 37 of the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh, from the other
side of the Jordan, one hundred and twenty thousand armed for battle with every kind of
weapon of war.
38. All these men of war, who could keep ranks, came to Hebron with a loyal heart, to make
David king over all Israel; and all the rest of Israel were of one mind to make David king. 39.
And they were there with David three days, eating and drinking, for their brethren had prepared
for them. 40. Moreover those who were near to them, from as far away as Issachar and
Zebulun and Naphtali, were bringing food on donkeys and camels, on mules and oxen—
provisions of flour and cakes of figs and cakes of raisins, wine and oil and oxen and sheep
abundantly, for there was joy in Israel.
Joshua 1:1-9
After the death of Moses, the servant of the LORD, it came to pass that the LORD spoke to
Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ assistant, saying: 2. “Moses My servant is dead. Now
therefore, arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, to the land which I am giving to
them—the children of Israel. 3. Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have
given you, as I said to Moses.
4. From the wilderness and this Lebanon as far as the great
river, the River Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and to the Great Sea toward the going
down of the sun, shall be your territory. 5. No man shall be able to stand before you all the
days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake
you. 6. Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance
the land which I swore to their fathers to give them.
7. Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may [b]prosper wherever you go. 8. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you[c] shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. 9. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”
