69). Prayer to Protect God-given Minerals, Oil and Rare Soils Discovered in Acholiland.

Heavenly Father, we thank You always; You are our God, who from before the foundation of the world; You have ordained us to serve You and serve You with what we have. Lord, we thank you, for Your mercy, for You are a merciful God; You are a Covenant keeping God, who rewards Your children, whoever are obedient to You and follow Your commands; and when they ask You; You have always answered their prayers and blessed your servants.

Heavenly Father, the Acholi people have now known, that the main reason there is war always, fought against them is because of the massive wealth You have given them in their land, Acholiland; which the enemy wants purged to leave Acholiland, to be possessed by foreigners, especially the balaalo, so that they steal double; not only the rich-arable land, but the wealth inside the land. God forbid.

Psalm 115:16-18
The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’s; But the earth He has given to the children of men.
Heavenly Father: You distribute Your resources according to Your own will; we only praise You and thank You for what You have done for Acholi people who have for generations suffered at the hands of different dictators, but You are with them. We pray that You will empower them to protect what You have given them, with all the strength they have in You. Amen.
Deuteronomy 8:18
“And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

Heavenly Father, as long as Your Servants live, the Children of Your servants will continue to worship You, serve You and praise You forever, for what You have done to them and in their lives; by opening their eyes to discover the wealth that You have blessed them with. Help them O’ Lord, to protect the wealth and when extracted, help them to use it to glorify Your name for generation to generation, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Revelation 21:15-21
The angel who talked with me had a measuring rod of gold to measure the city, its gates, and its walls. 16. The city was laid out like a square, as long as it was wide. He measured the city with the rod and found it to be 12,000 stadia in length, and as wide and high as it is long. 17. The angel measured the wall using human measurement, and it was 144 cubits thick. 18. The wall was made of jasper, and the city of pure gold, as pure as glass. 19. The foundations of the city walls were decorated with every kind of precious stone. The first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third agate, the fourth emerald, 20 the fifth onyx, the sixth ruby, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth turquoise, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst. 21. The twelve gates were twelve pearls, each gate made of a single pearl. The great street of the city was of gold, as pure as transparent glass.

Heavenly Father, now we know, there are several of your mineral wealth, even in the land that You have put us in, that we don’t know their names, that our eyes have not yet seen. But You do not hide good things from those who love You and walk according to Your commandments. We thank You and pray that you will continue to open the eyes of Acholi people to see more of Your blessings and worship You with what You have granted to them. Above all, protect Acholi People and Acholiland from their enemies of all kinds, including some Acholi people, themselves; let not Acholi people become proud, nor abusive, but use the wealth You’ve given them for Your own glory, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
